Tom and I took the kids to the library last night to finish our summer reading program. It was the "end of the summer party" with Mr. Harley. I had never heard of him before, but he was great! He is a kid's musician and he was very entertaining! The kids loved him. He brought his guitar and played a bunch of music while the kids danced and sang along!
You can find him on Facebook as Mr. Harley. We bought his cd, but you can also listen/buy his music through iTunes. Just thought I would share the fun we had... maybe you'll enjoy his music too! Here is a little video of Bailee dancing along to a "freeze dance" song!
Every child that participated in the reading program received a bag of goodies and their awards. Here is Mia getting her bag from the librarian. It was filled with all kinds of good things... a gift certificate to have pizza hut pizza, a notebook, sunglasses, toys, candy, pencils, etc... We LOVE our local library! :0)
