A question for you moms....

Does anyone have any suggestions for a hip sling for babies? Jack is really heavy to carry in a regular baby carrier now and is starting to sit on my hip, so I was hoping to find something cheap or second-hand, but I need some suggestions.

I'm looking for something like this... 

I have never used one before and I'm not even sure if I would like it. Any ideas? Suggestions?
